I purchased the kit, how long until my kit arrives?

We ship our kits via USPS.  They should take roughly 3-5 business days to arrive. You can use the tracking link on your dashboard to track the shipment. 

My DNA kit has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Go into your InsideTracker dashboard, and click on the DNA page to review the status of your kit. If you are unable to locate the kit that way, please feel free to contact us.

I dropped my swab on the ground, can I still use it?

Yes! The solvent in the vial will get rid of any bacteria.

How long do I have to use and/or send my kit in?

We recommend sending it in as soon as you can, but the collected samples are room temperature stable for 5 years with no loss in DNA integrity.  Also, if you have a kit that you haven't used, unused kits are good for 3 years!

Why is the report omitting some of the biomarkers that were tested? Why does it show no results for one section?
